This position is offered part-time or Full-Time with flexible scheduling perfect for individuals passionate about supporting youth in home and community settings. BAs receive clinical supervision and works closely with families to implement goal-oriented, behavioral interventions that help children and adolescents strengthen emotional regulation and reduce at-risk behaviors. A great opportunity for newly graduate professionals looking to grow their skills while making a lasting impact.
*Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in a mental health-related field (e.g., psychology, social work, counseling, or a related discipline) with at least one year of experience working with children or adolescents.

Provide face-to-face therapeutic services to children and adolescents in homes and community settings.
Collaborate with families, Care Management Organizations (CMOs), Mobile Response, schools, DCPP, Behavioral Assistants, and other treatment-team members.
Complete required clinical documentation accurately and within established timeframes.
A Master's degree or higher in social work, counseling, psychology, marriage and family therapy, or another qualifying behavioral-health discipline.
A current New Jersey clinical license/credential.
Licenses may include LSW, LAC, LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or other qualifying professional credentials.
Experience working with children, adolescents, and families is strongly preferred.

Plays a vital role within children's mental and behavioral health systems. Their primary responsibility is to empower, coach, and support parents or caregivers whose children are experiencing complex emotional, behavioral, or developmental challenges. *LCSW or LPC license is required.
